Table Tracker/iPoker

Hi guys,

I have quite a few hand histories in my PT3 database from NL50 (6max), but when i use table tracker it's not linking those stats to the players at the tables, so it's basically telling me i don;t have stats on anyone playing, even though I KNOW i have. it basically renders TT useless for my when I want to play iPoker.

I have got a database for observed hands and one for played hands, but no matter which i set as the active database nothing changes.

please help.

p.s. Are you guys going to advance TT for microgaming in the future?

TT reads stats from the same databases that the HUD reads from, so make sure you have the appropriate databases selected in the HUD Options.

TT should be working with MicroGaming, although table opening doesn't work - I'm not sure what the problem is with this, but I'm sure it will be added if it is possible.

Thanks for getting back to me...

I checked and my HUD reads from both databases, but still no stats show for any players on iPoker???? it works fine for everest.

Also, there is no option to look for Microgaming tables...

all the sites it tracks on mine are:

Boss
Cereus
Everest
full Tilt
iPoker
OnGame
pacific Poker
party
Stars

(in this order too)

Sorry - you're right. I don't know what I was looking at there..
TT support for MicroGaming will hopefully be added at some point, but I don't know when this will be done.

Do you have any filters enabled in TT?
Do you have the 'show stats from current limit only' option enabled.
TableTracker Documentation

Are you able to identify a specific player that you have stats on in the Texas Holdem tab but who doesn't show stats in TT?
Please attach screenshots showing the problem (in TT and the same player in the reports) to a Support ticket so that we can investigate.
