Hello,

I am using PT3 (v3.00 built 5.2) and i have the following problem with the HUD at Pacific Poker (888.com). If i, or some opponents, go to a showdown (no all in situation) the HUD
does not show the loosing and mucked hands from the opponents. I Wonder because i have checked the field in the HUD profile that i will see the mucked hole cards for 4 seconds and the translucency is nearly solid (approx. 25%). At other poker skins the HUD is working fine with the above alignment.

Can you help me please?

I believe that's because 888 doesn't display the mucked hand information in the hand history that they write to your computer. Since the data isn't written there, PT3 cannot display it. Could you take a moment and check one such hand just to make sure I'm correct? Otherwise, it should be working. (I don't have any recent 888 hands handy or I'd check myself.)

The folder with the hand history is empty. I think Pacific doesn´t write it to my computer.

Please take a look at the Pacific Configuration Guide then, which will show you how to set it up so that it does.

I found the hand history and look for a hand with a showdown without an all in situation. You can see the hole cards but PT3 doesn´t show it.

You mean that you didn't see the mucked cards at the table?
Do you see the hole cards in the main PT3 reports for horsty231 and PiG255?
I can see their hole cards imported, but without seeing the hand in action I can't tell whether it appeared in the HUD.

Please enable logging and next time you see a hand where this situation comes up send us your log files along with the hand history file, and note the hand number.

I just checked this with Beta 29. Pacific does not write mucked hands to the hand history so these will not be shown. Players who show their hands are written however and these are properly shown.

I've started to play at Pacific a couple of days ago and it seems now it writes mucked hands to the hand history:

PT (3.0 build 5.2 / trial) doesn't see this information.

Could you please attach a hand with mucked cards to a support ticket? Then we'll make sure that this data gets imported properly in a future release.
