sorry for my english , but i m italian, and u know about italian are not good to write and speak english
let me begin to start to explain my great problem.
I had bought PT last year and i had used it very well for a long time,
now after had formatted my pc i can't reinstall it for this error :

"An internal exception occurred (Address: 0xd0feb18)
Please, contact support@oreans.com. Thank you!"

I have not installed any oreans programm, never, now and before.
how can inastall again PT in my pc?

Please try downloading and installing the Beta 29.1 installer and see if that works better for you. You can find the Beta 29.1 installer on our download page.

i had tried also with that and i had the same problem..

Try using the Upgrade rather than the Full Install version and see if that works better. Also, are you running Windows Vista? If so, please try Disabling UAC and see if that fixes things for you.

I'm trying to download it .. and I report another problem while downloading files, whenever I download it from your site what is blocking the connection internet.it not should be random because I only work with PT. As soon as for the feedback
