Hands can be imported from both of them, I have upgraded to 30.8 and went through the FAQ but HUD doesn't display

PT icon is there btw

Are you seeing duplicates while you import? Is your cache at 100%?

no duplicates
cache is at 100% yes

Very odd - please report this problem so that we can investigate further.

I'm not getting any HUD either and I just re-cached prior to downloading the latest beta. Hands are importing OK and everything else looks fine.

Then please report your problems as well - I'm not seeing this on my end.

Hi Kraada,

I reported this issue. Apparently the error is occurring because of a corrupt profile in my customized layout. I am using the Advanced Cash HUD. On Support's advice, I am going to remove the advanced HUD, remove all custom stats used by the advanced HUD, reinstall the stats and the layout for the advanced HUD, and then re-cache all of my databases. However, when I downloaded the Advanced HUD (http://www.pokertracker.com/repository/ ... yout&id=11) I found that the zip file only contains 8 custom stats. Is this right? I recall there being dozens of custom stats.

These are the stats in the download file. What am I missing?

Hi -

You've customized HUD profiles? There seems to be an issue with one of them.

Close PokerTracker3 and with Windows File Explorer go to "C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3/Data" and *rename* the file "Layouts.pt3" to "Layouts_ORIG.pt3" or something.

Then click "All Programs -> Pokertracker3 -> Pokertracker3 (Logging Enabled)" and play until the problem occurs (or at least for 10 minutes).

If the same problem occurs again return the logs.

If not then a profile for Full Tilt containing "Cash Cash" seems to be the problem. You can either rebuild whatever customizations you have or close PokerTracker3 and put back your renamed Layouts.pt3 (use a copy of that, not the original in order to have a backup) and sort that one out.

The HUD profile itself includes all the stats you need for the profile. However due to the way that Kraada colours his stats you need to import those other few stats separately.
