Access violation????

Hello, today when i sat down to play at ongame, PT refused to import my hands. Ive got an red text that said "access violation" and something about "flags"
how can i fix this ?

Please
report this problem so that we can investigate further. An access violation is when PT3 tries to access RAM improperly, and we're trying to eliminate all of these instances, but we need your reports in order to pin down exactly what's going wrong.

i have reported it? any idea how to fix it ? i have tried the new beta 30.10 but it didnt help

Our developers need to fix it, it's not something you can fix. Please make sure to update your ticket and let them know the problem still exists in Beta 30.10.

This is not caused by the OnGame importer.
Please disable the auto-import of all other sites and also turn on the "Moved Processed Files" option. You have way too many hands in your hand history for the auto-import to be effective.
