It gets almost done, but says:

"Failed to create Temporary Directory"

and uninstalls itself.

What version of Windows are you running? Are you letting PT3 install PostgreSQL?

Restart your computer then delete your C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL directory and try again. It should work. Make sure that you use the same username/password as your failed installation attempt.
