I think the new HUD is simply beautiful, great work! The only issue I noticed, and I don't know if you're aware already, is that every so often (not sure if it was because I did something or not) the HUD would disappear, but it would always reappear the next hand. Playing on Party by the way.

Also when I first started I had to move some of the stat boxes around, and tried to "save layout" etc... but they found their way back to their original positions eventually - I think after the HUD had disappeared and reappeared, it may have moved them back then. Not sure if it saves everything you change from table to table either, e.g. one switch to another table left me with just the basic stats again, after having adding some more before.

Could you see if you can reproduce this, but pay careful attention to what you are doing to see if anything you do causes the problems?

Happens frequently to me (5 times/hour). I will be watching the screen not even touching the keyboard or mouse as a new hand is dealt and bam -- HUD disappears for a hand or two. It comes back on its own. While it happens occasionally completely on its own, I can also make it happen if I move the stat windows around while cards are being dealt.

Save Layout doesn't apply the saved layout to other open tables, though it should be used if you open new tables. To apply it to already-open tables choose the Reset option from the drop-down.

Can you reproduce the Hud disappearance with just a single table open? If so, please do so, then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Make sure you reference this thread.

Ok, the first time I moved my stat box so I could see how much cash I had left, then shortly afterwards there was another disappearance for a hand, and when the boxes returned my stat box went back to its original position. I had not clicked "Save layout" though. I moved it back again and clicked "Save layout", then when the HUD disappeared again later on the stat box returned the next hand in the same place I had put it, so that's good.

As for the disappearances, I don't know what caused it, it didn't seem to be anything I did, but of course its very hard to tell. I have quite a large logfile for you (556kb) - how do you attach it to a post?

For future reference, the hands where it happened were around #6969063733 (give or take a hand) and #6969097465 (not sure if that one's right), to save you having to look through the entire file.

Please attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support ticket.

Are these tournament hands?

I sent a log right after it happened -- hope it helps. for me, they were all during tournaments or sngs
