Please follow kraada's directions too - the more information we have the better.
If you can include a specific example of a hand number where you should have seen the mucked cards along with the hand history file and the logs that would really help.

I've had the same problem with 3.07.5 on mac OS 10.6.4. I'll log and reproduce it next session I play.

Doesn't work for me either, ever, since the last upgrade.
