hey,

I tried everything I could think of, before coming to forums and then searching FAQs here and still cant figure out what my problem could be.

I run pt3 v3.08. I reinstalled windows, before I used 64bit XP now I'm using win7 64bit. I backed up my pt3 database and everything went OK when I restored it. Same database name, overwrote the new(empty) one. All hands are there and everything, I did the housekeeping. I triple checked my hand history directories and setting in my poker clients.

I can't get pt3 to import my new sessions, or/and I cant get HUD to start.

I know this must be something basic I'm missing but I ran out of ideas. Any help is more than appreciated.

Do you have your poker client set to save hand histories?

yes yes, everything double triple checked. restarted poker client. rechecked, restarted windows..

Then please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, attempt to play while importing for 10 hands, and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.
