Ongame stats not displaying

HI,

I play on tower. When I have "HUD Always on Top" then the stats are not displayed. When I turn this feature off, then the stats are displayed, but ongame client sometimes freezes.

When you have "Always On Top" enabled, you cannot be playing simultaneously at OnGame and any other poker site - if you are playing only at OnGame it should work properly, but if you are playing at (for example) OnGame and iPoker, the behavior you describe would occur (technically what is happening is that the stats are appearing behind the table I believe). If you're only playing at OnGame and still experiencing this behavior, please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.

Yes i am playing on other sites as well. Will you fix this in future updates?

I'm not certain this will be possible - the Always On Top workaround was the only way to prevent the crashes that were occurring because of the change to the OnGame software. I will try to get a further update on this issue for you, though.

thanks a lot, I really like playing on 2 sites simultaneously. Does HEM also crash?

They have the same situation we have with the same results as far as I'm aware - the problem is with the OnGame software and this is the only workaround.

well, that sucks a lot. Have you tried contacting ongame about this issue? I am sure they want to solve this problem as well, they would loose players

I'm told that we have contacted them about the issue, and I know many users have contacted them as well, unfortunately there is nothing else that we can do.

It is not true. HM works fine with "Always on top" disabled since month or more.
