Poker Tracker doesn"t work

and they won't give me my money back. i didn't pay 89 bucks to do research on their website. they won't even respond. i will be on 2+2 tonight asking if anybody knows how i can get a refund from this outfit. i tried this due to recommendation in harrington's "online cash" book published by 2+2. i truly wish i could send the book back too. what a waste of time Pocker Tracker is.
