Importing hands from full tilt

Hi, i ve done all the steps from the pdf teaching how to import them, but it says he had imported 0 hands. It says warning unrecognized hand.

Upgrade to our most recent Beta version, available on our download page and those hands will import properly - 3.08 does not know how to handle the Full Tilt time zones, but our latest beta does.

ok i will do that thanks. i played 9 hands at a table and they were importing but still the hud was not showing up. is this normal?
