problem with popups

Hi, i have problem with PT3 popup



What does "% ()" mean. My computer goes crazy when PT3 is working. I tried to reinstall PT3 from 3.8.1 to 3.9.3, rebooting and nothing has changed.

I already had the same problem with popups when i'm watching hand history

In your main PT3 window do you see the cache status bar at the lower left? Is it at 100%? This sort of behavior usually means that the cache is not up to date and PT3 is still retrieving the data for the popups. Updating the cache to 100% should fix this.

Thanks, it's working during the game, but the problem still occurs when i replaying hand. Any idea why?

Wait a little while in the replayer and the stats should appear eventually - the replayer can't use the cache since it shows you the stats you had at the time the hand was played. Therefore it takes longer for the replayer to retrieve the stats you want to see.

how long should it take? Yesterday i tried to replay hand and I were waiting 30 minutes and it still doesn't work.

That seems like an awfully long time - how big is the database in question?

1100 hands? Something is very wrong then - please report this problem so that we can investigate further - with 1100 hands it should be just about instant.

Even that should not take that long unless your computer is at the very bottom end of our requirements.
