I didnt have much trouble at first after downloading 3.11 beta, but I am having the same trouble with PT telling me that Yatahay appears to not be configured. I think I've followed all the instruction in the setup guide for Yatahay. There's really not much to it. At the moment, it appears that it is importing HHs, (though the msg regarding setup remains). This isn't going exactly smoothly, however, for I'm also getting errors:

Can you tell what I've done wrong? If its relevant, I recently purged all Stars and FTP sessions and tourneys after downloading this latest build.

Now that hands are importing you do not need to worry about the message.

Please attach the hand history files which gives the errors to a Support ticket so that we can investigate and get them fixed.
You can compress them if you want to attach multiple files.

Yeah, the message didn't bother if the hands were importing, and i haven't noticed anything negative from the errors, but I thought it would be unwise not to investigate. Thanks for the help, I'll work on that support ticket.

Okay, I've submitted a support ticket w/ a link to the processed HH files that caused the errors. Hope it was what you needed. I've never had to go this far to fix something (which is a compliment, I suppose, to the software and the quality of support in the past). Thanks.

Yatahay support is still pretty new and we haven't had a lot of example hands so it's possible there are some cases which are handled incorrectly - we'll get them fixed.

Thanks very much. Things seem to be working smoothly now. I don't know if it was because I downgraded from the new beta version (I don't really think so; pretty sure I tried that and still had the errors), but in any case, Yatahay seems to be importing normally and w/o errors now. So things are good at my end. I don't know if the info I sent will be of help or not. Thanks again and my compliments to support.
