Sorry, Ive searched forum and FAQ's but I am lost...

Just joined Black Chip Poker and configured pt3. I am importing but there is nothing on the table. I can review my stats and use hand replayer and even in that the stats pop up. Just nothing in-game.

Please help...I know I probably got desperate and probably messed with something but have no idea what.

Please check the FAQ: PT3 HUD (if you didn't already) - that has solutions to most common issues and a link to how to report your problem if it doesn't help.

In particular, make sure that the site software is installed in English.
IIRC Black Chip is part of the Merge network - you will need to have each table in its own window rather than using their 'grid' mode, but the HUD should work just fine.

How would I know if it wasn't installed in English other than the obvious. I don't even remember that being a choice.

I guess I'll check the FAQs again. but can anyone think off the top of their head why the stats would pop up in the hand replayer but not in game?

The hand replayer is a window that PT3 creates so we always know exactly how it is going to be named and how to connect to it to display the statistics properly - if your site is in a different language, PT3 cannot find the title bar as it doesn't read as expected and thus PT3 cannot find it to display the statistics.

would it be a good idea to just delete it the software and reinstall making sure that english is the language?

Yes - reinstall the site software in English.
If that doesn't fix it please report your problem so that we can investigate further.

Just wanted to update:

I got it working now but the issue wasn't what I thought. I updated the new version (a couple of different times actually) and when I was taking screen shots to submit here as a problem, I noticed the version of PT3 was still the old one from when I bought PT3 last yr. I had to delete it entirely, download the newest version, and reinstall. Then I did housekeeping (six hours worth) and now it works like a charm.

Thanks for all the help and maybe this will help someone else in the future. Not sure why the new update didn't attach itself to my existing PT3???

As a side note and a minor problem I had before, my pop up window in-game for flop statistics is blank as if it were erased of all data. Every else is great though. Any suggestions? Sorry to add this segue without creating a new post. I will if necessary.

Which housekeeping did you do? With a cache at 100% your popups should be populating quickly.

I'm not sure how to answer that. I did a general house keeping (?) I think. The problem occurred on the old version as well. I must have tweaked something when trying to configure my HUD.

Then please export your HUD and attach it to a support ticket so that we can investigate further for you.
