PokerTracker

I play 4-6 tables of 6max on Stars. The HUD has been working OK for me (lots of CPU usage, refreshing PT3 causes a ton of lag), but PT3 seems to keep crashing. I'm not sure if this is the reason, but it seems to crash when I have a table up with a player whose name contains a special character like (,),or /

Also, if I turn the HUD off, the crashing stops

Please reproduce one of these crashes and attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Be sure to reference this thread.

I solved the problem myself. It was error 4372, which basically means it was missing a file. I just uninstalled PT entirely and redownloaded. More a problem on my end than yours.

I have been having a similar problem but only when multi-tabling 3 or more tables. I will try the reinstall.
