PT wrong limit

Postby PT23 » Fri Apr 25, 2008 12:02 pm

Hi, I installed PT 3 Beta yesterday and imported Party NL 200SH Hands ($1/$2)
but Pokertracker declares them as $2 NL Hand which is pretty far off...
Is there any way to make PT clear that theese hands are a different limit without having
to do the importing all over again?

How is that far off? The big blind is $2, and "$<BB> NL" is how PT3 represents NL limits. If you're referring to 6 max hands, that's a different matter. We haven't added the ability to change these hands to 6 max yet.

Ah, ok i understand that was a missunderstanding on my part then.
But it is not really the best way to do this I think, why not declare this limit as $1/$2 or NL200 (as 200$ is the max stack on this limit)
to make sure there is no way of getting this wrong since I have never seen a limit be represented like that on any poker client with just the BB.

We used to use "$SB/$BB NL", but some sites don't include the small blind information. Using the max allowed stack size isn't appropriate, in my opinion, because different sites can have different stack sizes and players don't have to buy in for the max stack size either.
