PokerTracker

Hi,

I just buy PokerTracker 3 and i have a message error :

PokerTracker was unable to contact the registration server to confirm the activation of your product.

I'm on mac os Lion, my firewall is desactived and i don't have antivirus softwares.

Can you help please,

Do you have a third party firewall (if so, which one), or a router or anything else which restricts internet access?

I look in my adsl box and i don't have acces restriction, i see in you forum when my name have a french caracter : "é" it's could be a problem for registrer my PT3 version, isn't it ?
