I am running 3.11.7 beta on Mac OS Lion and I've stopped and started auto import and I've restarted PT3 but the HUD never starts. I can see the hands importing but the HUD never starts.

I did a hand review on PokerStars and the HUD popped on the review table. When I went back to the table I was playing on then the HUD was working. Weird...

If this happens again please report your problem - your logs should let us see what is going on.

My HUD is not working either. It says loading the hands but nothing is happening. I have even restarted my computer. I am playing on Pokerstars. Oh and I'm using Mac mini.

Please check the FAQ: PT3 HUD for solutions to common problems, and if that doesn't help then report your problem as suggested.

Same situation. HUD not starting after pokerstars update.(SNG HU)

I've been using PT3 for almost six months now and the HUD was working fine. It just stopped working yesterday. I figured I would post the problem here since a threat was already created. If you want however, I can create a support ticket.

If you're not using v3.11.7 Beta please update for support of the new PokerStars format.

Pokerstars update HH yesterday!!! You have not version for new pokerstars format.

I have the same problem using iMac. Tried to install the beta (3.11) version but it's still the 3.10 version starting. Any advice what im doing wrong pls.
