HUD issue on Bet365

Hi there,

I just posted the same bug report in the PT4 beta section but the problem has already been existing in PT3 versions since last November (or earlier). As far as I can tell, the problems are specific to Bet365 as they only occur on Bet365's Premium 9-max tables (which are not generally available on the iPoker network). On the one hand, the HUD seems to be one seat off sometimes, which is not a big deal as you can easily move stats (I guess the problem could be related to the fact that all other iPoker FR tables are 8 or 10 max). On the other hand, and this is a real issue, PT does not show any HUD at all, when playing at two premium tables with one table name containing the other, e.g.

Premium 9-Max 4a
Premium 9-Max 4aa

HUDs at all other tables works always fine, i.e. there is no problem when playing at Premium 9-Max 4b and Premium 9-Max 4a at the same time.

It would be great if you could have a look into this issue and fix it.

9 seats is not an expected table size a iPoker so isn't supported yet. Please take a screenshot of a full 9 seat table and attach it to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the session so that we can see how these tables are laid out.

When you're playing at two of these tables with similar names, does the HUD appear on one but not the other?
If you could send us screenshots and hand histories again, this time with the PokerTracker.log file too via a separate ticket we'll check out what is going on here.

Just wanted to say that this problem still persist. I had made a support ticket #143696 about that with screenshots and log.
