i use blue square poker and their history files are xml. Is there any way to convert these hands to use them with PT?

So far PT3 is in beta testing and only supports Party, Pokerstars and Full Tilt.
PT2 supported sites can be found here, and PT3 will eventually support everything PT2 does and hopefully more.

Yes, but you won't have to pay the full price. If you buy PT2 today and PT3 is released within 2 months (which it quite surely will be), you'll have a discount of the full price of PT2 when you buy PT3. More info in the FAQ.
