Can't open Pokertracker

I was using it perfectly fine today, with absolutly no problems. Turned off my computer, and now when I try to open it say's:
Can't load image from c/Program files/Quicktime/Pokertracker 3/data/images/ptlogo-splash.png. Flie does not exist.

Then when I click ok I type in my password in the "confiure PostreSQL Server " box. And a "Configure PostgreSQL database" box pops up. Tried putting in the same username, and password as the previous box's, but a pop up come up that says

Reason: Unable to execute query: CREATE DATABASE "PT3 Beta DB1" WITH TEMPLATE = template0 ENCODING = 'SQL_ASCII';; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR: database "PT3 Beta DB1" already exists )"


How do I open pokertracker?

Never mind figured it out.

If you would please post what error you were doing and how you corrected it so that others who have similar in the future will have a solution. We would really appreciate it.
