hey

I om going to play zoom poker on pokerstars!

but i cant "check" the button i need under pokerstars configuration, because it says "pokerstars does appear not to be installed"

My hud and pokertracker works fine at standard tables. no problems.

but i cant play with my hud in zoom games, because of this issue!

Do you have Auto Import stopped? If not, try stopping it and that may activate those options for you.

i have pointed to the right folder for my hands ( pokerstars directory)

also my hud works perfectly on normal tables

If your HUD is working on normal tables then the hands are importing and you can ignore that warning.

If you do not see the Enable Zoom option then you will need to update to v3.13 from the Download page.
Make sure that both PT3 and PokerStars are closed down fully before you run the installer so that all the necessary files can be updated.

i did what you said.

Nothing changed.

when i try to auto decect a pokersite, it says "unable to detect pokerstars software"

even tho it is installed :/

As I said, if hands are importing then you do not need to worry about that warning. It just means that the hand history folder was not detected automatically - if you have set it manually then that is fine.

Do you still not see the "Enable Zoom" option?
Does it say v3.13.0 Beta in the title bar of PT3?

What operating system do you have?

hands are importing perfectly!
i did manually point to the folder.

I cant see the zoom option and it is 3.13beta version that i am using :/
