Stopped Working

So I started using the Beta today and was way impressed until it stopped working when i registered for a tournament. I played cash game for about 3 hours and it tracked beautifully. Once i registered for the tournament I the import box said:

2008/05/01 21:05:24: Auto-Import beginning
2008/05/01 21:05:24: Full Tilt: Starting auto-import.
2008/05/01 21:05:24: Full Tilt: Found 0 files to monitor.

...and never tracked again. The data for the tournament never showed up. Is this supposed to show as the tournament progresses or once completed?

I received the same message as above when I returned to cash game. It seems like great software...any info is greatly appreciated.

Download beta 10. If you have the same problem, attach the PokerTracker.log file in the main directory to a support ticket. Be sure to reference this thread.

Thanks for the help

Go back one directory. This file is not in the "Logs" directory.

In my directory, it is C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker -- not the 8MB application file, but a 1.5-3MB log file (it only says "LOG" when I hover the cursor over it)

Yes, it's a text file. You have Windows configured to hide extensions, so you can't see the ".log"
