Hi

I have never had any problems with pokertracker, however, 1 hour ago, there was a blackout on my neighborhood and after 5 mins the light came back.

However, when i started pokertracker again (i was playing on 6 SNG) it asked me for housekeeping the database which i did.

Then, when i began to autoimport and the HUD loaded, i noticed i only have the data from the hands i played since YESTERDAY! and i had a very nice database from 6 months ago and now all that info is lost

Please help me, what should i do???

Which housekeeping did you do? Loss of power should not eliminate a database like you're describing.

My database just dissapeared and im so worried about it.

How many databases do you see in the Database -> Database Management window?

Please make sure you don't have any filters set - click the Clear button at the top right and that will remove any filters. Filters (like This Month) could make old data appear to disappear but in reality it would just be hidden by the filter.

Hi kraada

I already done that, but everything remains the same. The HUD is not showing all the info it should on the players with the big database i had.

However, here's the weird thing

a) The player notes are still there, i mean, the HUD does not show all the hands it should, but the notes on the players are still there (which means the database is not lost in my opinion)

b) When i try to see my graphics from all the time ive been playing, it displays them correctly, so that also means the database is not lost.

Any idea what is happening?

For example, i have players with over 20K hands, but im only seeing like 200 or so

Are you playing new types of games or anything different than you were previously? If you had player ranges enabled and played 6max before and were playing full ring now that could happen, for example.

Nope, nothing different.

I only play DON SNG 6 max.

Try doing a Reindex and Rebuild cache and see if that makes any difference?
