Didn't see this one in the forum search. Wondering what should be done to resolve it. Everything else seemed to import fine. I exported my old database, then imported it manually to the new one.

Code: Select all
2008/05/07 22:56:49: Import file:   C:\Users\Nick\Desktop\temp\PokerStars\PS_HandsExport_200805072252_cash_00003.txt

Unable to import hand. Reason: Unable to execute query: COPY holdem_hand_histories FROM STDIN;; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR:  literal carriage return found in data HINT:  Use "\r" to represent carriage return. CONTEXT:  COPY holdem_hand_histories, line 38: "" )

Is it just that one file that doesn't work? Do the other files work?
If so, submit the file via the Support system and be sure to give the link to this topic in the Reference field.

It's probably just a hand history file that wasn't written properly - have a look at it and see if you can see an error. If you think it looks ok, submit it, but hands do get written incorrectly sometimes.
