Data disappeared

Postby Beeblebreed » Fri May 09, 2008 11:28 am

I produced a new Database, because of that message:
"This is an older database. Imports and some reports may not work properly. Please create a new database"

So I created a new database - and have two problems:

Starting to import i get the following Message:
Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: PokerTracker is configured to import into an outdated database. This must be corrected before an import can succeed.

Furthermore all my data disappeared. There are now 8 instead of more than 1000 Players. The problem is still there, if I chose back to my old database.

First, you should set your new database to be both default and active. Then, in the auto-import preferences, make sure the two database options are set to either the current active database, or the new database you just created.

I figured out, how to import the data. Created a folder on my harddisk and everything is working fine now - but one thing: The Players are all imported now, but the "General", "Hands", "Sessions" etc.-Stats did now show. There is still the Message "Loading".

Is there any relationship to the fact that all my old Everest-Hands were imported?

Is the "Loading..." animating the "..." or is it just sitting there?
