Can't launch PT

I don't know why but I can't launch Pokertracker3. I have installed it with postgresql but nothing comes to the screen. I can see the PokerTracker.exe running in the processuses but there is no window. When I click again, it says "Eror: A version of PokerTracker is already running", but I can't see it.

CTRL-ALT-DELETE and kill the PokerTracker.exe process.
Do you have Norton, CA or any other type of firewall/antivirus suite installed? You may need to disable it temporarily as users are having trouble with them.
