hi!
i have the same problem like a lot of other players, but all there posts and answers didnt help me.

i just configured partygaming to run it with bwin. i choosed the same folder in bwin and pt3. i can see that the hands are imported in english on my harddisk, but pt3 isnt recognising them at all. i get the message "no partygaming skins appear to be installed." in the directories configuration and in the import status: "0 files to monitor".

what am i doing wrong??

...maybe i should add that i use pt3 on a mac, running version 3.12.1 - Holdem Micro Stakes Edition

You will need to update to the latest version 3.13.13 - PT3 Download Page.

..and follow the Party Poker Configuration Guide to make sure you have things set up correctly.

hi. thanks for your idea and it worked 50%
now pt3 is importing hand-history. if i do not play a hand (so i FOLD), everything works fine, but IF i play for a hand - no matter if i win or loose - i get messages like:
2012/12/30 19:45:08: PartyGaming: Error: Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #12475861235 (raked pot: $0.04; total winnings: -$0.02)

any idea??

Please attach one of your hand history files to a Support Ticket so that we can find out why that is.

ok, i just did.

Please be aware that we are in communication with bwin.party about this issue, and we hope to help them find a solution soon.

i have the same problem..

Support for bwin on the Party network will be coming in the next PT3 beta. I don't have an estimated time frame for it yet but I would expect it to be not too much longer.
