This goes on for 100+ hands played this morning...

I'm having the same problem... seems to have occurred since the last PStars update.

Yes, same problem, seems every time one of these sites makes a change it breaks the HH file and creates more work for the friendly staff at PT

Perhaps PT should design a universal HH file and distribute it to all the sites; they might be receptive.

Does this mean it will be fixed via a software update or is there something we can do ourselves?

Seeing the same thing here at 6-max Limit Hold'Em. If the PT team needs some example files I can provide a few.

Is this in PokerTracker Holdem v2 or PokerTracker 3?

For PT2, Pat has released a patch to fix this problem which can be downloaded from here.
