Help needed with couple of things

Postby Sanmakko » Tue May 13, 2008 4:07 am

Hi

I have been using PT3 about half month now. I play on Party mainly 6-max cashgames. I got some problems Which I can live with but would be nice to get them fixed..

1.Amount of won isn't right. I noticed that yesterday. Before my winnings were right. I played my first hands for this database fulltable and lost ~25bucks, then I went back to my main game shorthanded NL and won some bucks but now my winnings are about 15bucks too much.

2.PT3 doesn't make difference between fulltable and 6-max tables. It says 1limit $0,25NL. Which include 6-max and fulltables. I remember that in PT2 they used to be separated.

3.When I'm playing 6-max tables Hud display stats at wrong place. It shows stats at same place where at fulltable is a seat. Can I get it automatic to right places when I start playing 6-max tables. I know how I can move them, so that isn't so big problem, but when HUD shows mucked cards they are still at wrong place. (right place when playing fulltable)

4.When I'm starting PT3 first time after opening computer I need to stop postgreSQL and then start again before I can open database. If i don't do that it says server is closed.

I also have had problems with starting PT3, it just freeze. There are 2 way i can open it, I restart my computer or reinstal PT3. I'm using windows vista and always opening PT3 as admin.
PT3 also sometimes get error and I need to restart it.

1. Please identify a few hands where the incorrect amount won is reported and submit them to the Support system so it can be investigated. Link to this topic.

2. This will be added.

3. For now you need to click PT-icon -> Treat As 6-max for each table. A more efficient way to do this will be added.
