iPoker hand import after "Update local information"

Hi.
4-tabled a short session last night at Titan testing the PT3 I just installed earlier; anyway my computer crashed during the session (had PT3 autoimporting and hud running) [the crash wasn't because of the PT3 I'm pretty sure, and it is not the issue]. As I got the system running again I went and ended the session without starting PT3 at that time; obviously iPoker nicely brings one back to the active tables. I looked "my account\cash table history" on the Titan client to check the session hand histories; and obviously had to "Update local information" because of the crash (as session totals wouldn't display correctly othewise), I counted I had played 132 hands. Then I restarted the PT3 and tried autoimporting rest of the hands; the import window showed some hands imported and some duplicates (can't remember exact numbers). Then I went to see the stats, but theres only 62 hands of that current level in database!!! So I moved the hand history files back to Titans history folder and looked at "my account\cash table history" and even updated local information again. Next I autoimport again to PT3 and now it shows 132 duplicates and no new hands but still theres only 62 hands on that level on player summary!!!

So where did those other hands go? Does that "Update local information" somewhat corrupt the handhistories so that they can't no longer be read to PT (same issue with PT2?). How can there be 132 duplicates when theres only 62 hands on database?

Couple of basic things to get out of the way..
Did you click Refresh after importing?
Did you click Clear to make sure you have no filters set?

OK. I assume you still have the hand history file?
If so, try creating a new database and manual import just that file, and see if that gives you all the hands.
If not, attach it to the Support system so it can be investigated - be sure to link to this thread.

I created a new db and manually imported those files (4). "Hands imported 132" and now I have 128 hands (assumingly one for each table I didn't actually play because of the crash). So the question remains, why don't all those hands import to the other db (should I create a new db and re-import everything, after each crash ? )?

edit. There seems to be 5 sessions on db that has only 62 hands and 4(which is correct) sessions on db that has 128 hands (thought this might help).
I even tried to manually import to the 1st db again and still 132 duplicates.

Had to quote, as I couldn't edit again.

Anyway noticed this issue viewtopic.php?f=16&t=4718
that this must be linked to; removed the iPoker alias and the added it again: now Player Summary has 113 hands and 8 sessions and Player Statistics has 128 hands on that current level (which I have only played during that session).

OK - good spot!
So after re-doing the alias, your data is correct?

Not totally. I'm not sure if I understand, but shouldn't "Player Summary" and "Player Statistics" have same number of hands on each "Limit"?
Summary has 113 hands and 8 sessions (while 128 hands and 4 sessions is correct according to the test with another db) - statistics has 128 hands and "amount won" matches with my own records of those sessions.

This issue should be resolved in the next release with a new database.
