HUD: How to add "text" in the popup?

Hi!

I wanted to tweak the default popup window. How can I add those "text - lines" like isued in the default popup?

Under the box with all the stats you can add there's a little textbox with an 'Add' button following. Enter the text you want to add, then click the add button.
