today pt3 crashed after crash it says database too old, have to build new one.

error:
unable to lock into database.
Reason: cannot connect to server: connection refused (0x0000274D10061)...

Jesterdays error message:
"access violation at 0x04525DC7 (tried to write to 0x00220E6C), program terminated."

You will definately have to create a new database. Please see the post in the FAQ forums about this:

Do this first to see if it helps out.

When i want to set a new database i get following error message:

Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3_2008_05_15_185242
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

You may need to restart the postgres service.
Start -> Programs -> Postgres -> Start Service.
(Or try a reboot)

this happens to me as well i have to reboot my computer to get it working again and sometimes it happens again after the reboot

this is happening to me too. i tried Start -> Programs -> Postgres -> Start Service and this didnt work.

Have you tried rebooting?
