I'm not exactly certain what you're asking. Could you elaborate a little for me please?

I mean emergence of statistics on a table after import of the first hand

What does your Cache Status say at the lower left hand corner of PT3?

At normal tables the stats aren't shown until the first hand is imported unless you have the Memory Grabber option enabled in the PokerStars Configuration options.

50 second on normal 6max table, this after import first hand !!! , why on zoom table need only 4 second, maybe you look at it through session Team Viewer ??

50 seconds does not sound right. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

That will contain all of the query information and should give us some clues as to what exactly is taking so long for you.

ok, only me use pt3, but it is sure that pt4 will behave in the same way since on usual tables (6max) loading at it lasts as much, and Zoom tables on pt4 I didn't try

Sorry, still send us your logs - there's a logging enabled link on the Start Menu for PT3 and you can find the PT3 long in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3 folder. Use this link for the ticket though.
