Hi
Just downloaded and installed the commercial version of PT3 and noted a bug in the tournament section. The program simply tells me that I have not cashed in a tournament for the last two months, which is actually quit wrong;P

Depending on the site you are playing on, PT3 may or may not be able to determine your placement and winning amount. What site are these from?

I have the same problem with imported Pokerstars tournament in PT3. Although I reached money in some MTTs or SnGs it do not displays it. So my ROI is -100.

Concerning imported FullTilt tourneys - here it works correctly.

Full Tilt has recently introduced tournament summary files, but to get summaries from PokerStars you need to request them by email, copy the text to a text file and import that. This process will be automated at some point.

When will this be automated and how far back will summaries be able to be requested from PokerStars? I assume you can only go back so far to get summaries from PokerStars.

Pokerstars lets you ask for as many summaries as you want. I had done 164 tournaments since the start of the year (when I joined stars) and I requested the last 200 tournaments so the system automatically sent me all of them. The resulting text file was about 3 mb, and took about 10 minutes to import (I'd played some large tournaments with 4000+ entrants, they seem to take over a minute each, but the 45 man SNGs take less than a second each).

Guys,

I think there's a bigger problem with the tournament section as related to Stars than you think. I've got a ticket in the support system about it that I've had in there for a few days waiting. Basically, the tournament section of the program is completely screwed and needs a real big overhaul - I hope it's fixed soon. My histories import but don't include my name in many of them. It's telling me I'm way down when I'm way up. It's randomly changing stats sometimes. It's just completely messed. Please make this an urgent priority for us tournament players because it's essentially useless.

Ryan

You might be right.

I think I also noticed that it included free money tournaments that I played a few years ago as real money tournaments. Unless the tourney summary will fix that this is screwed big time.

I'm having this same problem. It's with Pokerstars tournaments, but I don't see how that would matter since it's just transferring from my PT2 database.

First, I imported all my tournaments for the last 2 months (around 1,500) from PT2 to PT3. It was showing the right amounts in PT2 but in PT3 it showed -100% ROI for everything.

Second, I tried exporting the tournaments from PT2 to files then imported them into PT3. No change.

Finally, I tried requesting my last 200 hand histories from Stars (the max) and imported them (I dunno why email import isn't supported anymore, but whatever). Still no change.

Same problem as the others here. Showing my net as -$180 with 0 cashes, when I should be more like +$100. It doesn't seem to be registering any of my tournament cashes at all.
