problems with the HUD

Postby Acryl » Tue Aug 13, 2013 10:00 pm

2 days ago I asked how to get PT3 working with Pokerstars.FR. I was helped and after I added the directory where stars.fr saves
the handhistory, PT3 started mining and also displayed stats.

now I have a new problem. On Stars.Com my HUD stats are moving after a while despite the fact nothing else is changing, I remain seated at the same table but after a while they move clockwise or so. So I have to re-seat manually to get into the right position.

It obviously has to do with stars.FR or so :(

how can i fix this problem?

edit: im not sure if it has to do with it but when stars.fr started displaying stats i had to re-position the stats correctly and after i did that i clicked "save layout", i think after that my stars.com stats changed as well. this could be causing the problem?

edit2: im not sure if theyre really moving clockwise, they often seem to move from 1 seat to the next 1 but im not sure if its always they case. they definitely just dont stay where they belong :(

Do you have your preferred seat settings differently in Stars.fr than you do in Stars.com? Take a look at Options --> Preferred Seating in both clients and make sure they are the same everywhere (in particular, in regards the Auto Center option). If one were set one way and one another it could cause some strange behavior for you.

In that case, please restart PT3 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\ folder - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that is located there.

If you restart PT3, it'll start again from scratch anyway.

You should restart PT3 periodically (and if you're not running our latest version - 3.14.5 - please upgrade).
