Lock Poker not importing hands

I used PT3 with Lock pocker for 3 days and everything was fine. I did a bunch of tweaking on my HUD, and suddenly, PT3 isnt importing my hands. When auto import starts, its says "found xx files to monitor" (currently 13). If play more tables, it will be more files. I checked every thread I could relating to this problem, and I've gone through the configuration guides more than once. My HH folder is saving hands on lock poker, and pt3 is set to import hands from the same folder.

With the Lock Poker software closed import the existing files using Manual Import then move them to the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder using Windows Explorer.

Enable logging and restart PT3 and start Auto Import. Start Lock and play a few hands.
If the hands don't import open a Support Ticket and attach your log file and the hand history file so that we can see what is going on.

I've been manually importing for 15 hours nows. It only has 13 files to monitor and they were all short sessions, so maybe 500-100 hands total. It hasnt given me a time estimate yet either. Is this normal? Thanks btw

That sounds like there may be a problem with one or more of the files. Please compress them and attach them to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread so that we can investigate.

Move them to the Processed folder manually and you should then be able to import new hands.
