Hi,

Hope this hasn't been covered already but couldn't find the same problem in the forum. When I try to open pt3 for the first time it asks me to configure PostgreSQL with 4 boxes that ask for: Server, Database User, Port and Password. All the fields are filled in except Password. If i click enter it says Unable to connect to this database, please check configuration. Anyone know the solution.

Do you have PostgreSQL installed on your computer?

Yes I installed it from the link on the window that appeared asking for the password

What password did you enter when you installed it? That's what you need to enter in that field.

Don't know why I didn't try that but it has worked.
