Title pretty much says it all, here is the error msg I am receiving: 2013/10/05 12:06:49: PokerStars: Error: Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #104828992288
2013/10/05 12:06:51: PokerStars: Error: Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #104873522105 (raked pot: $5.36; total winnings: $0.00)

What version of PokerTracker are you using?

v3.14.5

That error means that the hand history file didn't import because the reported size of the pot didn't match what we calculated. If you send us the hand via our support system we'll take a look at it, but you should be aware that we are very rarely releasing updates for PT3 at this point in time and PT3 will reach its end of life next summer.

Ok. So what can I do to get my HUD up and running again? Run a Housekeeping session?

The error you described will not keep the HUD from running.

So heres my normal process, I open up pokertracker and hit the auto import then fire up a session of PokerStars. The HUD pops up but does not update as I continue playing. I keep getting these error messages, should I just delete these hands maybe?

Do you get a lot of duplicates each time you start import up?

No, I imported a whole bunch of hands recently and had plenty of duplicates then, but not anymore. Seems to be running fine except for these errors.

Please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate for you further.
