I am very new to this, just getting started, but I cannot get to the software because it says this message then when I click "ok" it immediately shuts everything down.

Oh, and i should mention it is pokertracker4 that I am using.

Please make sure you're running the latest version - 4.10.2 - and let me know if that helps. If not, please downgrade to 4.09.1 (available here) and set Community not to show on startup and navigate away from the Community page. Then upgrade back to 4.10.2 and let me know if that fixes things for you.

ugh now its having a fatal error every time i open my mozilla browser...that's crazy!

I love the software though I wish it'd stop doing this

Please make certain that you have your browsers up to date. Which browsers can you confirm cause this problem?

Just to be clear: opening up any of these programs causes PT4 to crash? The browser keeps working fine?

Edit to add: Can you check to make sure Adobe is up to date?
