currently testing the hud, and the popup stats dissapeared

stats config window:
player stats:
-group: player stats
-type: normal
-show: everyone
-popup: default popup

default popup:
-group: default popup
-type: grid
-show: popup use only

That means the query for the popups hasn't completed yet. How long after the stats appeared on the table did you click for the popup?

at the start, but i have a player with 10k hands, so dunno what the problem is

ok im playin for 20-30 mins now and still nothing

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem, then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Be sure to reference this thread.
