HUD unable to connect

I am getting a message that is saying:

"The hud was unable to connect to configured databases"

"Please check check your settings"

My hud was working fine yesterday for about an hour. Then it stopped worked and these messages appeared. I have just downloaded the newest version of PT3 with no success. I play on an ipoker skin. It appears as if my hands are being uploaded to PT however the hud will not appear.

In Configure -> Hud Options make sure the database that you're importing to is ticked, otherwise that might cause the problems you are describing.

After double checking, my hands aren't continuously being uploaded. Only when I "Stop auto import" and "Begin auto import"

That did not work. Still no HUD

The Hud will only appear when auto import is running and hands are being imported. Please review this guide for solutions to common issues and a link to how to report your problem for further investigation if it doesn't help.
