Zoom hud

hope to finaly get some help have the Same Problem again and again

my hud isnt running on Zoom tables (okay sometimes it works but most of the time it isnt). I'm doing exactly what the Installation guide of pt3 is saying (open stars software than...) and sometimes it works but today i'm freaking out because i repeat those steps many times but cant see the hud

what else can i do?

Is this at a heads up table? If so, PokerStars changed those yesterday and we are still working on fixing the issue for PT4 which we will do before we can look at applying the same fix to PT3.

no it isnt. its for 6max zoom

Are you using our latest version of PT3? If you aren't, please upgrade to 3.14.6 here. If you are on 3.14.6 and having this problem, please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce the problem and create a support ticket containing your PokerTracker.log file and we'll investigate further for you. You can find this file in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3 folder - it may appear as a text file called "PokerTracker".

okay, hud works now with the logging enabled pt3 :D

i will send a ticket with the log file next time when my hud isnt working
