Hello yall

I just bought pt4 and i have some troubles with it ..

i had a serial key like a year ago so ive been playing with pt4 before.
but now when i bhought a new serial key and saw all the "get started" videos and so on i still cant figure out why i cant se my hands in pt4

i can see the tourneys that i've played but i cant see any hands. and in my pokerstars hand history file it says that there isnt any hands there, but before i imported to pt4 there were like 10k hands there.

maybey theres like a postresql update or something? oh and by the way at the Import Configuration it says that "Pokerstars is not configured to save hand histories to disk"

been struggling with this all morning, plz if theres any1 that wanna help u can find me here or at skype(berntolovjan)

Right click the hand report that isn't showing any data, click Configure Report and then Restore to Default and that might fix things. If you're seeing stuff at the tournament level the data is imported and you don't need to worry about the error message - it's just saying autodetection of your settings failed.

i can only see the tournaments, but when i click in on them it shows nothing .. i tryed the things u told me but it still dosnt work ..

and btw theres only 300tourneys imported ..

my "get hands while playing" dosnt work and it dosnt say anything in "View Today's Hands" either. the hud starts as normal when i pop in to the tables at pokerstars tho.

Please send us a screenshot of the problem via our support system and that will help us figure out the next best step for you to take.
