Use PT3 Commercial release (paid and registered) with single cash table on Full Tilt -

Performed:
- imported old databases and hands (easy import `From Directory' from C:\)
- settings to my user name (easy using from Settings `Search')
- configured HUD cash/tournaments to display (tabs on main page)

BUT... HUD still keeps disappearing after about 45 hands requiring Resetting every few hands.

I started with beta 11 and the HUD did not work for me there either. I opened a support ticket over a week ago and still no fix, even though I paid for the commercial release...
Needless to say I am not a happy customer. Was really looking forward to the HUD....

Is it the Hud stats for everyone that's disappearing, or just your hero stats?

I think you are right. I was probably only resetting to get my stats back (haven't played on any cash tables since then). How do I correct this `hero' (?) problem?

This is what Josh is working on, so he's trying to establish the cause.

On Full Tilt, playing single cash NL table - problem seems to begin about the 40th hand... this may be the same for tournaments.

Fulltilt if a player sitsout their stats also disapear, hero stats disapear after 31 hands.
