PT4 Crashing on start up

Hey I just bought the pt4 for hold'em after the 30 day trial and entered in my registration code only to have pt4 crash on start each and every time the application is launched. During the trial, I had no problems with crashing or anything of the sort until now. I tried re-installing and re-downloading the installer from your website. Nothing has worked. Anyone have anything that could help here?

here is a configuration setting which may allow PT4 to start up for you, so please try this.
With PT4 closed down go to the user data folder - click Start and paste in the following path and press Enter:

%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\PokerTracker 4\

Open the "Config" folder and find the file called PokerTracker.cfg.
Open that file in Notepad.
At the top you should see a section labelled [General].
Add a line immediately below that with "Community=N", so that it looks like this:

[General]
Community=N

Save the file and then run PT4 again.
