Duplicates

I have been on the guide/how to several times. And followed instructions on how to prevent duplicates. Clicking moved to processed having import and processed in separate files, then doing a manual import and moving imported files into the processed but it doesn't seem to fix my problem ?? i still have hands being imported and duplicates at the same time very frustrating my hud takes ages to load on table that's if it loads at all please someone let me know the next steps has been going on for a while now thanks

After you moved the files are the hand history folders for all of the sites you play empty?
Close all your sites and PokerTracker.
Move all of the hand history files so that the HH folders are all empty.
Start PokerTracker and start auto import - it shouldn't find any files to import.
