My HUD isn't working HELP PLEASE

Hi i have been using the trial version i just brought this software two days ago and I have just started playing betfair poker and the hud isn't working i have never had any problems before can some one help me please

Are your hands importing properly after you click Get Hands While Playing? Was the HUD working on this site before? If so, what changed since it was working?

hi no there not importing properly after i click get hands while playing and it was working last night just not now.

i have just noticed in the view import status is says

Error: iPoker: Unable to launch auto-import for site: iPoker. Reason: iPoker: No Directories to Monitor

hi just wanted to say thanks for your help it wasn't that tho that was already checked it was because it wasn't in the directories configration anymore for some reason.
