It's almost as though PT3 is trying to sabotage me on purpos

Postby zingbust » Sat Jan 25, 2014 9:44 am

Hi, this didn't used to happen at all or very seldom, but now it happens quite often. In tourney play, I'll need to make a decision based on a certain player's stats...perhaps that player limped in front of me or raised me or re-raised me or whatever. No other player am I interested in at the moment, only that one player. But HIS stats are temporarily missing on the HUD, while all other player's stats are there and working properly. Occasionally it's because this is the first hand for that player because he just joined the table, but most of the time, it's not the case. After I've made my decision and the hand is over, the missing stats return on the HUD where they belong, too late for me to have gotten any value out of the situation.

How could this possibly occur? And why does it ONLY occur at the most critical decision-making time?

I've never heard of anybody reporting behavior like that in the past. Are you running the latest version of PT3 (3.14.7)? If not, try upgrading to that. If so, you might want to try rebuilding your cache via Database -> Housekeeping -> Rebuild Cache. Note that this can take a while though depending on your database size.
